Monday marks the opening of the Haverhill veterans clinic’s new downtown Haverhill location.

Aetna expands gender-affirming surgery coverage
Aetna will now cover breast augmentation for trans women, signaling hope for increased access to healthcare for the transgender community. The coverage expansion comes after transgender individuals and groups advocated for the change.

Aetna has expanded its coverage of gender-affirming surgery to include breast augmentation for certain trans women.
Though the payer covers some gender-affirming surgeries, such as breast removal for trans men, it previously did not extend the coverage to breast augmentation for trans women. Through the Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund and Cohen Milstein, four trans women brought the issue to Aetna’s attention after being denied coverage for breast augmentation.

PESHAWAR: The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Dr. Sanaullah Abbasi on Wednesday said that digitalization had been introduced in all police units which had effectively bridged the gap between public and police.
He was talking to a delegation of digital influencers including YouTubers, Bloggers and other social medial channel professionals here at Central Police Office (CPO).
The IGP briefed the delegation about the steps taken for implementation of police reforms in the province.
He said that CCTV cameras are being installed in all police establishment to effectively monitor the performance of the police and restore the dignity and respect of the public particularly at thana level.
